The rotor cavity blank prepared using WC-Ni-based non-magnetic tungsten carbide material, through isostatic pressing and non-magnetic formulation technology, provides a high-quality base material with zero magnetic interference, high density, and near-net-shape forming for subsequent processing of rotors of high-speed motors and precision instruments, solving the problems of magnetic loss and processing deformation in the manufacturing of precision rotors using traditional materials.
