Product Introduction

Tungsten carbide special-shaped tools are made from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide substrate and precision-ground on 5-axis CNC tool grinders, suitable for milling, turning and form cutting operations. Tool shapes are manufactured strictly according to customer drawings or samples — no need to compromise with standard tool inventory.

Whether for one-off prototyping or batch production, we guarantee profile accuracy of ±0.005mm and consistent batch-to-batch stability.

1. Submit requirements
   Send drawings (DWG/STEP/IGS) or physical samples — include work material, machine parameters and cutting requirements.
2. Design review
   Evaluate tool geometry, optimize thin walls, sharp corners and other risk areas.
3. Programming & grinding
   Precision forming on 5-axis CNC tool grinders.
4. Inspection
   Full inspection using vision measuring machines, tool presetters and profile projectors.
5. Test cutting (optional)
   Test cutting video or report available upon request.
6. Delivery
   Includes inspection report, packaged in standard secure packaging.
